How to play Ludo

Roll a 6 to bring a token out of your yard. A 6 also earns another roll.
Move clockwise around the track, then up your own coloured lane to the centre.
Land on a rival to send it back to its yard. Starred and start squares are safe.
Home needs an exact roll. First to bring all four tokens home wins.

Ludo in Khel Party

Pass-and-play: 2, 3 or 4 players share one phone, so no second device is needed. It is the easiest Ludo game for 2 players sitting side by side.
Online with friends: make a table, send the room code, and 2 to 4 friends join, each on their own phone. If someone leaves, the computer plays their seat so the others can finish.
Play against the computer: put the computer in any seat on Easy, Medium or Hard.
Saves your game: leave in the middle and Continue picks it up from the Ludo screen.
Turn timer: switch it on for 30 seconds to roll and move, or the turn plays itself. Switch it off and take as long as you like.
Easy to follow: tokens move square by square with a real rolling die, so everyone can follow every move.
Offline: the Android app needs no internet, no login and no account.

Tips to win more Ludo games

Get two tokens out early. With only one token on the track, every roll has to move it, even into danger. A second token gives you a choice.
Use the safe squares. Starred squares and start squares are safe, so stop there when a rival is close behind you.
Watch the six squares behind you. A rival token one to six squares behind you can land on you with a single roll. Move out of that range when you can.
Capture the token that has gone furthest. Sending home a token that is nearly finished costs your rival far more than catching one that has just left the yard.
Plan for the exact roll home. Home needs an exact number, so keep a second token moving on the track and you will always have a useful move.

Ways to play Ludo
