Tips for Snake & Ladder
Saanp Seedhi is a game of luck: nobody chooses their moves, the dice do. That is what makes it fair for every age. A few things still make it more fun:
- Agree the house rules before you start. Extra roll on a six and exact roll to finish change the game, so set them on the start screen and avoid the argument later.
- Choose exact finish for a tense ending. With it on, square 100 needs the exact number, and the snakes near the top get more chances to catch you.
- Keep the top row in mind. The last few squares are where the big slides happen. In the video, the snake on 98 takes a token all the way back to 79.
- Use it to practise counting. Every token moves square by square, so small children can count along to 100 as they play.
Ways to play Saanp Seedhi
- 2 to 4 players on one phone: pass the phone round. No second device and no internet needed in the app.
- Against the phone: any seat can be played by the phone, so you can play alone or fill an empty chair.
- Your rules: extra roll on six on or off, exact roll to finish on or off.
